Memo: Update your feed, schmuck.

In the unlikely event that there are readers/subscribers to this blog, each of you is cordially invited, requested, and required to update your RubyJudo RSS feed to the following:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/rubyjudo
With a sincere feeling,

July 4th, 2007 at 09:50 AM I did as you told me to, but since then my RSS reader have alerted me two times and told me that all the entries in the feed are new (but they are not). Is that you guys playing around or is feedburner buggy?
July 4th, 2007 at 03:44 PM Hey dentarg, Actually, I believe this depends on your feed reader. If it's smart enough to tell that the articles are all the same, it will leave them unread. Otherwise, it won't. NetNewWire seems to get it right, but I haven't tried with others. Sorry for the trouble. =\
July 5th, 2007 at 02:33 AM I think you are right. Can I still use the old feed (http://rubyjudo.com/feed/atom.xml) or shall I get myself a better feed reader?
July 5th, 2007 at 04:24 AM I don't think the problem is with the feed. Feedburner just passes the same feed along as before (it just helps us keep track of statistics and such.) You might try another feedreader. I hear Google Reader isn't bad. I use NetNewWire, though you have to pay for it--and I've actually noticed it marking previously-read articles as unread just because they've been updated. Vienna is pretty good (free on the Mac); perhaps you might give that a try if it's not what you're already using. In the mean time, I'll try to keep my post-posting updating to a minimum. :) Uncorrected typos just drive me nuts.
